History of budget car rental

In the year 1958, budget car rental is first introduced by Morris Mirkin in Los Angeles, California. He began with 10 vehicles and his initial investment is $10,000. The first two employees of Morris business are him and his wife. The secret of his business marketing is he offered service only for $4 and for a mile only 4 cents. This attractive rate pulled so many customers towards him. Though the business is good he was in need of fund to implement some new ideas to widen the business.
So in the year 1959 he joined partner ship with Jules Lederer. With help of him, morris leased the company and further increased the investment. They both started a budget car rental corporation in chicago and illinios just after two years of initiating the business. Very quickly they expanded their business internationally and proved their reliability. Still it has good reputation among the customers.
